From the Desk of Natalie Davis

AP D'ArienzoDear Students, Families, and Staff,

My name is Natalie Davis, and I am proud to serve as an Assistant Principal at Queens Transition Center. With over 12 years of experience supporting students with disabilities in both community and District 75 schools, I am deeply committed to ensuring that every student receives the support they need to succeed in their least restrictive environment..

Throughout my career, my work has focused on strong instructional practices, meaningful collaboration with families and staff, and systems that support student growth. As a result, I am focused on developing high‑quality programs that meet the diverse academic, social, and emotional needs of our students

As a former Transition Coordinator, I partnered closely with school teams and families to ensure that students' goals include their developmental, academic, vocational, and postsecondary transition needs. This work continues to guide my leadership as an Assistant Principal, as I collaborate with educators to strengthen instruction and prepare students for life beyond high school.

I have served in multiple instructional leadership and coaching roles, supporting schools in strengthening curriculum, instructional practices, and evidence‑based strategies through collaboration and capacity building. I firmly believe that strong partnerships among students, families, and staff are essential to student success.

As a former NYC public school student, I am grateful for the education I received from dedicated public school educators. My work is grounded in the belief that to whom much is given, much is required, and I remain committed to giving back through service and leadership.

It is an honor to serve the Queens Transition Center community. I look forward to working together to ensure that all of our students transition confidently and successfully into their future endeavors.

With the Work of All,

Natalie Davis
